The Tierschutzverein-Europa e.V. is registered in the Vereinsregister des Amtsgerichts Stuttgart under the registration number VR 721012 and is run as a non-profit organisation.
Since 2011, TSV Europa has been in possession of the permit according to § 11 para. 1 no. 5 TierSchutzG for the import of dogs and cats from abroad and their placement - granted by the District Office Breisgau-Hochschwarzwald in Freiburg.
